I am a self-taught artist who moved to Robertsbridge fifteen years ago, and started painting full-time two years ago. My main influences include the English watercolourists of the 1930s—Ravilious, Bawden, and Nash—as well as more recent illustrators including Paul Hogarth, David Gentleman and Ronald Searle. Most of my work is in pen and watercolour, and I aim to paint in a light-hearted way. I have sold many pictures over the last 10 years, mainly of local scenes, but also of the Saumur area of France where I exhibit throughout the Summer. Contact me by email HERE
